William Mock, son of John Mock and Mary Brown, was born May 8, 1832 in Knox County, Ohio.  He is my 4th cousin 4x removed.

Etta Millstein, daughter of Nathan Millstein and Sarah Gordon, was born May 8, 1914 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.  She is my 1st cousin 2x removed via the Gordons.

Robert Newton Craig, son of Victor Young Craig and Edith Alice Gantt, was born May 8, 1922 in Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa.  He is my 4th cousin 2x removed via the Gantts.

Debora Kay Gaunt, daughter of Harold Mack Gaunt and Shirley Mae Faux, was born May 8, 1951, possibly in Indiana.  She is my 6th cousin.

Mark Steven Gauntt, Jr. was born May 8, 1969.  He is my 5th cousin once removed.

Adam Francis Pellek was born May 8, 1987 in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.  He is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Gauntt line.

Luke George Kushner was born May 8, 1996 in Whittier, Los Angeles County, California.  He is my 4th cousin once removed on my Meckler line.

Marriages

Hananiah Selah Gaunt, son of Hananiah Selah Gaunt and Abigail Atkinson, and Margaret S. Scott were married on May 8, 1870 in New Jersey, probably in Burlington County.  Hananiah is my 2nd-great-granduncle.

Washington Ferguson Sellers, son of Samuel G. Sellers and Anna C. Ferguson, and Emma Cora Worth were married on May 8, 1900 in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania.  Washington is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Thomas Bassett and Marjorie Alene Gaunt, daughter of Charles Gaunt and Pearl E. Cory, were married on May 8, 1929 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.  Marjorie is my 4th cousin 2x removed.

Albert Lynn Lore, son of Frank Eckman and Dorothy Mae Sellers, and Linda Carol Griffith were married on May 8, 1964 in Pennsville, Salem County, New Jersey.  Al is my 1st cousin via the Sellerses.

Forrest Appleton

Forrest Ronald Appleton, son of José Ramón Castañeda and Ruth Anne Appleton, and Cheryl Smith were married on May 8, 1993 in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California.  Forrest is my 1st cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Appletons.

Deaths

Joseph Whitacre died May 8, 1866 at the age of 66, possibly in Jay County, Indiana.  He was married to Anna Gaunt, daughter of Jacob Gaunt and Hannah Holmes, who is my 1st cousin 5x removed.

Elwood Allen, son of John Murdock Allen and Katherine Housell Space, died May 8, 1994 at the age of 79 in Bordentown, Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 5th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Doris Bash died May 8, 2003 at the age of 82, possibly in Florida.  She was married to Morton Eli Perlman, son of Louis Perlman (originally Perlmutter) and Jennie Novitsky (originally Nowicki), who is my 1st cousin 2x removed via the Nowickis.

Rebeca Szocherman, daughter of Chanania Szocherman and Rojzla Perlmutter, died May 8, 2005 at the age of about 88, probably in Florida.  She is my 3rd cousin once removed on my Nowicki line through the Perlmutters.
