So Joseph Gaunt died on his sister-in-law Sarah's 57th birthday, but he was in Jay County, Indiana, while I believe Sarah (who was alraedy widowed) was in Wabash County, therefore probably not affecting any possible birthday celebration that might have been taking place.
Sarah Ann Whitacre was born November 8, 1818 in Ohio, probably in Columbiana County. She was the wife of Uz Gaunt, son of Jacob Gaunt and Hannah Holmes, who is my 1st cousin 5x removed via the Gaunts.
Elizabeth Ann Gaunt, daughter of Hananiah Selah Gaunt and Abigail Atkinson, was born November 8, 1828 in New Jersey, possibly in Burlington County. She is my great-great-grandaunt.
Martha L. Gaunt, daughter of Redden N. Gaunt and Pauline E. Smoot/Smuck, was born November 8, 1848 in Indiana, possibly in Jay County. She is my 3rd cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.
Harley Heath, son of William Augusta Heath and Mary Codner, was born November 8, 1880 in Thurman, Warren County, New York. He is the 1st cousin 2x removed of my aunt Mary McStroul and her sister Jean McStroul and the 1st cousin 3x removed of my 1st cousin Todd Meckler and my not-quite-cousin Angela Williams.
Opal Esther Westrick was born November 8, 1903 in Payne, Paulding County, Ohio. She was the wife of Lewis Allen Gaunt, son of Lewis Cass Gaunt and Mary A. Kindlesparger, who is my 3rd cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.
